She takes the time to listen and talk me through what we're doing each time, making sure I actually understand and want what I think I want, offering suggestions to make my styling fit my lifestyle, and just clearly putting in the effort to make sure I'm happy with the outcome. I used to go to supercuts or whatever was easiest, thinking it didn't make a difference for my long straight hair until I started going to Rebecca. Now people frequently stop me to ask who does my hair! While epic is more expensive than some other places, I don't find their prices high for the area, and the service I've received has been worth every penny, every time :)"

"I got there a few minutes early and they were immediately ready for me. Christina was super friendly and gave awesome suggestions for my cut. I was in and out in 40 minutes, with a shampoo, cut, and style. Super happy with my results, and definitely will come again!"

"Starting with their prices way more from what they advertise, my friend had a terrible experience at this salon. This place has no parking and an employee told my friend that it was ok to park across the street. When she was done, her car was towed and the owner apologized and payed for the towing fees (good). Later on the owner demanded the money and trashed talked about her on Facebook resulting in numerous hateful messages on my friends personal inbox. The owners of this place showing their true colors, definitely not a place you would like to go."
