"I suggest you don't hire the Finest pool service because it's terrible, the company charges for a service but doesn't perform it. When they show up to clean, they clean quickly leaving the pool dirty and don't clean the pool wall, I complained several times according to several messages and some emails sent to the company and to the service provider but the problem was not resolved. The pool was not cleaned properly, the pool was not brushed and many times the walls of my pool were green, when I traveled the service was not performed and the company continued to charge. The day to clean my pool was on Friday. I had to cancel pool parties at my house three times because the company didn't show up to clean on the hired day, they just apologized and sent someone on Monday when I complained. Do not trust this company. This last Friday no one showed up to clean and when I contacted the service provider, he said he wasn't working for the company anymore and that I had canceled the cleaning, that never happened, it's a lie. Again they didn't come to clean the pool and I had to cancel a party. In the penultimate contact with the company they said they would not charge for a month (which did not happen), they would replace the employee (this did not happen) and the company continued charging, the company only knows how to apologize, but they continue to charge and with the bad service. Today on September 12, 2022 I requested by email the cancellation of the service."

"Edit: After leaving the review, the company notified me that they were treating the wrong pool for several weeks and have since fixed the issue. Absolutely terrible service. Nobody showed up to Treat the pool for over two weeks after signing up despite the owner claiming someone came out. I sent the owner multiple emails notifying him that the pool was turning green because nobody came out and he didn’t bother to respond. Attached is what my pool looks like right now with them allegedly servicing it."

"Update 01.15.19 - Even though Florida's Finest Pools claims they have left me several voicemail messages, I have yet to actually receive one on my cell phone or landline. I have called from both phones. As for the "good reviews" on Google, try checking your Yelp reviews. You can barely keep two stars. Your technician is being dishonest. But not to worry, I will start posting the videos on YouTube of him crossing my lawn. I'll be sure to send you the link so you can see it for yourselves. I'll also include the link here so that we keep everything in one place. Original post 01.14.19: We used Florida's Finest Pool Service when we first moved into our home four years ago. Shortly thereafter, we decided to stop using them due to missed service calls, claims that they had done more work than what they really had (not realizing we have hidden cameras around the house), poor service jobs (water left murky), incapable of following simple instructions, etc. They continued to service my neighbor's house. For some inexplicable reason, the technician still feels the need to park his vehicle in front of my property and then trample on my lawn with his pool cart to service my neighbor's pool. I have addressed this issue on four separate occasions with the technician (I had to speak with him AGAIN just a few minutes ago, called the office and left messages repeatedly for the manager/owner to no avail and of course, they're completely unresponsive as they were when I used to use their services. They must get a ton of complaints because they let all their calls go directly to voicemail. They're not the type to face their customers and be accountable for their actions. They let voicemail handle it and that's precisely where the complaints go to die. Stay away from this company. It's not worth the aggravation."

"Florida's Finest Pools has been my pool company for years and they are always attentive and understanding. When I purchased my home 6 years ago and the previous owner had cemented the drain. Florida's Finest helped me keep it working until I was ready to renew the backyard, pool and deck. This year was the year! I got quotes from many companies and Florida's Finest had the option and prices that fit with my vision. They replaced my decking, refinished the pool, installed a new drainage system, converted the pool to salt, installed a heater and auto-fill as well as updated the outline of the pool. I can honestly say this is the first year I have used my pool! Their staff was great through the entire experience. I highly recommend them for any pool service you may have in mind. Jeff the owner is extremely easy and honest. Mark who manages the pool services is very responsive. I couldn't say enough about their integrity."
