Starting with exceptional service and friendly employees and finishing with amazing architecture of a hotel facilities. - the resort is well taken care of - water shuttle service is fun and a very convenient thing - food is alright - the employees are very well trained and know what to do - rooms are clean, and room service is 5/5 If u do look for special, exceptional hotels/resorts that differentiate from others then the Boca Raton is one of them! Without a doubt would stay here again! Thank you to all the employees for taking care of this place :)"

"Expansive hotel which has buildings on the beach and on each side of the inter-coastal waterway. Taking the ferry to get meals or utilize the gym made the experience special. I recommend this hotel."

"We have been coming to this hotel for several years. Sometimes we stay at the hotel and other times at the marina on our own boat. This time we were lucky enough to meet some people, who have been so kind and really make a big difference. They are, Terry from the Marina and all his stuff, Lauren Levin from the Raquet club and Anabelle the teacher of Tennis and Pickletball, and Vanesa Melendez from special events. Hope other hotel and restaurant staff, become so nice as them and realize how important it is to be kind and care about customers."

"Booked a night at Boca Beach Club for a weekend getaway. We made reservations for a double bed standard room for my husband and I and our 2 children. Before our arrival, I got a call from the hotel letting me know they were upgrading our room so that we would have more room for the whole family. We arrived before the 3pm check in so they took our bags and we went exploring. When our room was ready and we went to see it we were surprised to see we were assigned to an Ocean View Suite! Our children were ecstatic, they even asked to stay and live there hahaha. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. It had a beautiful view of the pool & ocean. There were complimentary snacks, water bottles, sodas, and liquor. The Beachfront has beds and umbrellas, the pools are wonderful and ALWAYS clean. Nice snack/ice cream little shop, bar and restaurants. The water taxi to the tower resort was a 5 min fun ride, it was extremely convenient considering my kids wanted to be there! They have plenty of amenities for children. Restaurants have great food and service. I also tried the homemade chocolates, macaroons and their ice-cream. Everything was delicious. Check out was at 11 am so we dropped our luggage at the lobby and spent the rest of the day exploring and relaxing until we left at around 5pm. I would like to praise the resort staff. They went above and beyond all our expectations. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to be back soon! The only “not good thing” i could say and it has nothing to do with the hotel per se is that a guest a couple doors down from my room brought a small dog. I know their pet policy is only for service animals. Unfortunately the owners of this dog would leave the dog in the room and it would bark non stop. The dog also started barking at around 6.30am."
