"Book this place for two days gateway. First they were supposedly sending me a code by 4 to enter the room I didn't receive it I had to go to front desk, Go to the room AC wasn't working, the toilet will not plush had to use the plunger, the tub drain takes forever to drain. I had to stand in water while shower. I text for service for the AC the young man came and didn't fix anything.. Lastly I accidentally left my Valentine gifts from boyfriend after checking out, I immediately called to get my stuffs back I couldn't get anyone finally after 5 calls I ended up texting and explained I left 2 perfumes in a chanel bag , a phone charger and a rose inside a heart box. I received a text back said they will try to locate my stuffs. Finally I received an answer said they found my phone charger but not my gifts. I know for sure I left them there People please do not waste your money in that horrible place . The staffs are not trustworthy plus nothing in this place working properly. This is by far the he worse hotel. The bed is horrible every time you moved it makes noise . Definitely need to update."

"This place doesn’t even deserve a review. I was supposed to stay there Jan 7-10 and was told by staff that they would not charge my card until I physically checked in. However, they charged my card the day before and when I called to Inform them of my family emergency, they said they would only charge me for the 1st night and instead charged me for all 3!!! Staff lied to me and will not give me even a partial refund!!! Heartless money mongrel liars are 3 words to describe them (to put it lightly). Idk what kind of place would charge a full amount to someone who was not able to even check in and stay any of the days charged for!"

"If I could leave zero stars, I would but one stars the minimum, so unfortunately I had to give one star. I recommend you do not stay at this hotel. Not only do they not supply you with toilet paper or fresh towels when needed, but they also will come in your room when you're not there and steal your belongings. Not one of the maids there speaks English, so if you do try to get fresh towels, you might as well ask a wall because they don't understand English which is understandable but they don't even try to help you. Also, nobody comes in to clean your room ever. After a 4 month stay bc we were in between places, I fed a homeless woman (who they allowed to sleep in their lobby and for this we got thrown out) they would not allow us to retrieve our stuff despite a police escort being by our side and were told to come back at 9am the following morning at which point I was told I was trespassing and STILL wasn't allowed to get our stuff. The staff are all rude. While staying at the hotel, several times I saw people crying and yelling, saying how rude they were being treated and that they were missing stuff and they had to call the police, this happened several times during my stay. it's filthy, the staff is rude, the roof is leaking everywhere, the AC floods your room, there's bugs, our car got hit in the parking lot (they promised to watch the security video and find out who did it but of course never did) they play music loud till about midnight at their bar, they come in your room when you're not there overall, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I also cannot count how many times I was offered drugs by random people walking through the hotel. I highly recommend you stay right across the street from them at the Quality Inn. It's much nicer, cleaner, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I beg you to heed this warning."

"Wish I could give negative stars. Avoid this place like the plague. The bathroom was disgusting and no shower curtain. Reaching customer service to ask for one was impossible. Party was going on right outside my door with people smoking weed and calling out to me. As a girl traveling solo I didn’t feel safe. Not to mention the walls are paper thin and you can hear every passing car. I left after check in and was told I’d get a full refund. It took WEEKS of them giving me the run around and lying to me saying the refund was processing before Expedia resolved it for me. This place is run by a bunch of con artists both at the hotel and Lowkl."

"experience to most of the more recent reviews on here. lots of issues with getting into our room :( what happened, that this is something so many people are experiencing? this must be exhausting for the maintenance guy. we arrived last night and i hadn’t received my check in info, so that was my first call to the service line. my second call was when i couldn’t actually find our room because it was in the other side building and there were no signs indicating where the other rooms were. so we finally get to our room and put our stuff down. we had forgotten to get some gallons of water before so we left to get some from 7/11 down the street. when we get back we couldn’t get into our room and i spent a whole hour at 12AM playing the worst game of phone tag with the customer service. i ended up going over the the main building and crying to the maintenance man because i had been traveling all day and i was exhausted. instead of the maintenance guy being nice and understanding while i was upset, he just looked at me and said “what’s wrong with you” in a very rude tone. who looks at an extremely upset person and says that? like many people, we eventually were able to get a physical key and get in. once in, the room was fine, get what you pay for. there weren’t bed bugs and there was enough hot water for two showers, which i think is a win. the beds were also comfy, but that doesn’t take away from the horrible nighttime experience! please, go anywhere else :)"
