The 5-day swimming course held a lot of promise and, despite my initial skepticism that this could all happen in 5 days, IT DELIVERED! My 5 year old did not even want to go near the pool before he met Mr Blue. Julie had him in the pool and dunking his head on the first day. By day 5, Julie had me in the pool doing swimming races across the pool with my son who could not even float 4 days prior. Her love for what she does, her compassion for well-intentioned parents, and her gift for teaching scared children to swim are nothing short of magic. She breaks through the psychology of fear in your child and a way that a parent often is not capable of doing. It can seem daunting and impossible to get your child to understand pool safety and to learn to swim. Don’t waste time and money on other courses. Don’t create unrest between yourself and your child trying to teach something you KNOW how to do DO, but do NOT know how to TEACH. We are so grateful for Julie and our son is too!"
