"I sat at the bar and waiting for 20 minutes for someone so look at me so I could tell them what I would like. There were maybe 7 people in the bar at that time. They continued to have conversations with their friends and didn’t even ask what I wanted, nor did they look at me."

"I went in to use the bathroom was told very rudely its for paying customers only I calmly said ok well I don't drink alcohol can I buy a can of redbull? The bartender very rudely told me nope you can get out. I was refused service for trying to use the bathroom being told its for paying customers and when I tried to buy something I was kicked out that bartender needs to learn how to treat people with respect"

"Dude with the red beard and the wahoos hat, straight up has 0 customer service skills, we go in there to get drinks and he starts being rude and questioning every single thing we are doing when we are trying to pick a drink from the menu and when we went to pay straight up just threw our cards when we went to pay. I get everyone has a bad day but dude has some serious growing up to do."
