"I needed a pool taken care of, but I live in Tennessee. I thought I was getting someone honest, and was told a green pool could be cleaned and going in a few days after putting in a new pump. In 6 weeks the pool was still green and not going, I was also told the timer was bad, but it wasn't I had an electrician go out after he put a timer on and it was STILL not working, the electrician said the switch above the timer was bad. I paid for a timer that I didnt have to replace $150.00. He also said he replaced the filter $100, I got charged, but didn't get a new filter. I called a different pool company and they had everything going in 4 days. I would also like to say Chad was RUDE!!!!!! The house belonged to a person that had to go into a nursing home and the family had to sell the home. It's sold now and I felt the need to let people know NOT to use Chad's Pool Care"
