"I have to say that this store is so above to all the other furniture stores. I bought an electric chimene and because I leave close to the store they did a free delivery to my home. It took only 3 days, customer service excelente, the seller answered all my questions and show me different models. I bought in Ashley furniture as well but I requested my money back since they keep blaming COVID for the months delay the same was with Havertys Furniture those stores were full of lies. Big Lots still our number one."

"I felt comfortable and unencumbered. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a genuine hello how are you doing. It's almost impossible to get that in today's society and I was more than pleasantly surprised except my shopping experience. I found what I wanted right away and see other things that I want to go back and purchase. To top it all off I got a discount it's like they paid me for shopping there and the woman at the register touched my heart I wanted to hug her so I can get a little more love from Big Lots"
