"Our pool was completed at the beginning of this month. I initially was going to wait few month to write a review but since we are very happy with the product and service, I am going to go ahead leave the review for others looking at Paradise. Upon deciding which company to use we looked up the reviews and had some concerns regarding the integrity of the company. I outlined some bullets in the following if you are considering this company: 1. Fair pricing - Paradise's price is fair and definitely a lot lower than other companies that promises the same pool. From get-go after reading other comments we understood that they contract out most of the work, which is definitely fine but that's how they can keep the price so low. 2. Defects in pool - We work in construction so we expect imperfections. If you're not professionals in the scope of work maybe it's good to wait until the final product. Remember all of their work goes through a city inspection at different stages, so you do have that additional insurance for third party to review the work performed. Our pool does not have any issues passing inspection so far. 3. Time - I'm not going to lie, we went through some frustrations wanting paradise to complete the pool towards the end especially going through rainy season. Our actual construction period was between March - July (5 months), the waiting period was about 6 months or so. Again, expect longer waiting period when you sign the Contract and try to pay per their term as you receive the bill if you want to speed up the process. Once paid invoice, they schedule your next phase (always call to let the scheduler know you paid the bill). 4. Understand your contract - what you're responsible for in the contract. We installed additional house features during the Construction and ended up failing our electrical inspection. We were told it was our responsibility and were confused at times. After consulting with my Electricians we were able to complete the correction in time. 5. Construction Risk - Make sure if they are doing work with heavy equipment that might damage the space or your neighbors. BE THERE! There's always risks. (The pool company my neighbor used quoted us 15K more and as far as I know, my neighbor has a lot of issues with his final product such as pavers broken, sinking, their contractor hit the house foundations, etc.)"
