"I was extremely disappointed in my trip to the cheesecake factory last night. For one, our group of 24 checked in at 630 even tho we scheduled a time for 7 o'clock, and the table still wasn't ready for an hour. When we finally got to the tables and we all sat down, the lighting at night was horrible. We couldn't even see our menus. We had to use the lights on our phones. Then, after we ordered an hour later after and got our food. The food was disgusting. For the amount of money we paid for that food... There was barely any taste to it. And even though we all ordered something different, everybody complained about how tasteless the food was (i had the bang bang chicken and shrimp). The drinks were very good tho. The servers, Peter and Chris, were extremely nice and very attentive and didn't complain or even look like they were put upon by our large party or at anything that we did. But besides that I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Getting our checks at the end was an ordeal and I was so burnt out at the end of everything that I am most likely never coming back to this establishment ever again."

"Customer service is always excellent. All employees acknowledge you. Menu is a booklet filled of any kind of food you can think of. Some items are priced a bit high. And some items are just ok in taste. Parking can be a problem. We loved the mushroom burger with fontina and Swiss cheeses, and the Margherita flat bread."

"The ambiance is always great here. Our waitress was attentive without being annoying, worth every penny of a tip. The drinks (margaritas and frozen peach Bellinis) were awesome. The bread is addictive as was the Parmesan crusted asparagus and spinach & artichoke dip. Got 3 different cheesecakes to try... Vanilla bean, s'mores, and Godiva chocolate - all delicious.I would give 5 stars, but my shrimp "scampi" dish was a disappointment. It had an odd fried flavor on the shrimp, there was only a handful of them, they had the tails on, and it was just plated so weird... Like a splattered big. Made me feel some type of way. Not a good way."

"Went here on my wife’s birthday and we really enjoyed ourselves. I haven’t been to this location but I loved everything about the atmosphere and vibes. The waiter was good and the food was delicious too. If you’re looking for a good bite to eat with a great environment definitely stop by soon."
