"I’ve always been satisfied with my service, except for this last time. I paid $180.00. In exchange I experienced a fall-out in her Customer service. This time the chemicals made my eyes tear, her response was that this time this set may not last long. I asked concerningly, If she would take care of it if my lashes start to fall sooner than expected. Her response was that she would be fully booked for two days and then immediately go on vacation. So greedy of her not to not offer complete satisfaction over a service. She asked how long my last set retention lasted, then She said this set would DEFINITELY not last as long. Not nice."
