"I was very disappointed with this store I had purchased a hair dye and a bottle of 20 developer which the cap wasn't closed all the way and it spill all over me. My legs started to burn and my finger tips had a white coating. I asked the Cashier if I can use the bathroom to wash off the developer and she told me the restroom was not available for customers. I think in a situation where you have a chemical spill and its actually burning the skin they should have a sink available. That's definitely a safety issue and something the store owner should look into."

"It’s very rare when I get on google to type a great review but Melissa absolutely deserves the recognition. As an experienced District Manager I was most impressed with how she handled the entire situation. She displayed the “above and beyond” behavior, showed empathy for me as a paying customer and more importantly made sure that I was happy before leaving. I’ve been to the Sally’s in Kissimmee and I could not say the same. Thank you Melissa you’ve just earned yourself a customer that would be willing to drive 15min further just to grasp the experience I just had! WOW!! AMAZING"

"Arrived to the store around 3:15, the cashier assisted a customer and then disappeared. I found my products and took them to the register. Nobody was there. I waited for someone to show up, but nothing. I had to go to the back and the cashier was sitting down outside playing with her cellphone. She never asked if I needed help or even say welcome."

There is girl named aya she was awesome she assisted me with purchasing the rite dye for my hair and gave me step by step instructions on what to do.
