"I recently moved a prescription to this Walgreens, and the previous pharmacy made an error in the transfer. Anish, and Elizabeth were most kind, and efficient, called the other pharmacy and got the issue corrected the same day! Walgreens, these employees went above and beyond to help a customer and should be commended for their dedication! Thanks again, Anish and Elizabeth!"

"I'm disappointed with my local Walgreens for several reasons. Firstly, the store opens at 8 am, which is inconvenient for parents or working adults who may need essentials earlier for a sick child or before heading to work. Secondly, the pharmacy services always have a long wait, causing unnecessary delays. Lastly, the general staff demeanor reflects poor morale, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. These issues significantly impact the overall shopping experience, and I hope Walgreens addresses these concerns to improve customer satisfaction."

"In Regard to the In-Person Photo Center: Photo orders are processed and printed in a timely manner. I've never had issues with the quality or speed of this service. However, today I had attempted to upload photos and place an order in person using the computers in the photo center. Usually these computers come equipped with connection cables of various types so you can connect your mobile device. However, today they only had one lightning cable and one type-C cable, and the type-C cable was damaged and not working properly. I waited for assistance from the photo center attendant, and when I asked if they had another cable for me to use, they told me "no." They explained that "people keep stealing our cables so I don't have anymore right now." This is weird, because there is an entire wall of cables right behind the photo center. Surely one can be opened and written off for the photo center's use? It's not the customers responsibility to account for broken or stolen equipment in the store. I asked for further assistance, but the employee simply instructed me to "go online and order online, it is much easier!" Why offer an in-person service if it's not going to be operational? Why have employees running the area if they're going to be dismissive and apathetic? Today's lack of "good help" and employees who are there just to make their hourly and not care for the work they're doing is sad, and I would like to hope for better."

"SLOWEST and WORST pharmacy I've ever seen. Drive thru take forever. Going inside takes just as long. They take days to fill a script and most times don't send a notification."

"Clean well stocked. The employees are not friendly or helpful. All the time we were there not one said hello or can I help you? So sad."
