"An outstanding furniture buying experience! Furnishing an entire home led us to the Venice Furniture Warehouse, where we were greeted by Kevin Lauritsen. We had made some selections on line, Kevin knew where every item was, he walked us through the store, showed us other options we may like. He patiently answered all our questions, and was knowledgeable about each item. As our new home would not be ready for some time, they were able to keep the order in storage until we could take delivery. Kevin kept in touch throughout the following months, keeping us updated on our order and making sure delivery would be arranged as soon as we got the keys. Although the end tables we chose were discontinued, Kevin searched other stores until he found them. Delivery was flawless! Thank you to Mario and Demetrio, what a great team. Such nice guys, worked so well together. They took the time to set each piece exactly how we wanted it to make sure we were happy with the placement. They discovered an item had not made it on the truck. No big deal for us, we were OK to wait on it, but not these guys. Mario got right on the phone to track it down to make sure we received it quickly. Special thanks to Demetrio, who went above and beyond, delivering it on his way home from work that evening.
