"My family and I have used them for decades. The service by the technicians was very good. I missed a couple mailed bills that got mixed up with junkmail. Instead of calling, they cancelled my contract, offered to enter a new one at a significantly higher rate, and said they put a lien on the property. First, having a lien placed takes more in legal fees than I owed (which has already been payed). Don't say you placed a lien without actually doing so. Secondly, I called and left a voicemail with no response from them. I did really like the employees that serviced the pool, but management does not treat customers well, especially considering we've been customers for about 30 years."

"Boy what a horrible job done by these people. Had a light out on the deep end. They replaced the switch on the wall and put it in backwards. Said I had a bad transformer so they replaced it. No power was going thru because of the miswired switch. Sell the transformer wasn't bad. Almost $400 out of my pocket. Then had to have Peaden Electrical to fix the problem! Another $275 I had to play to fix Aqua Pool & Spa Problems. Don't do it Go someplace else! Do not use these people for anything!"

"Nightmare. Salesman talked a big game how he was turning the reviews around and boy did he disappoint. They tried to bring me a cracked hot tub and said they would bring another one quickly. I called 10 times and they would promise to call me back when it was coming. Three months later no call at all. Eventually I had to charge it back and they still never called me to rectify lol what a joke"

"this store and it's employers are wonderful. I should have picked Aqua pool the first time I had pool trouble. I picked another place and got scammed out of $5,500. save yourself time and money and pick Aqua Pools first Thanks again Aqua and it's employees for taking great care of us"
