"I bought a Shark Clip freestyle Watch from this location (actually the display watch for whatever reason) then was told that they were out of the boxes for the watch (strike one) but stupidly I bought the watch cause I wanted one. Got home and pulled the watch off the plastic ring, looked everywhere for instructions and to my surprise (not really) there wasn’t any. Probably because the instructions were in the box. I was told that there was nothing special about the box but found out otherwise that the box is actually a little cool box where the watch could be stored in. I’d like a manager to give me a call ( which probably won’t happen.) I’d like to resolve the issue at the location where I bought the watch but will probably have no other choice than to contact Shark Clip customer service regarding this issue. My advice is to hire some customers oriented people instead of kids whom barely want to do their job or just stand around talking among themselves."

"Was buying some shoes and when I was making the transfer it apparently messed up on their end and they refused to give me the shoes. Best part is that it took the money out of my account and so far they have not refunded the money back even after disputing the charges with my bank. Enjoy my 80 bucks."
