"Very poor customer service when you need to cancel your membership. You can only talk to Jay , and all the times I call or went there he was not there. I signed a paper on 1/13/2024. To stop my contract due to a medical condition . They did not stop it till the 1/19/2024. So I had to pay for a month that I did not go. Very disappointing bc I liked the gym. But when I am able to go back to a gym I will not be going there even though it's very close to my home . 4 days after my payment was due that they said it was canceled.if I went there on Sat 13 th of Jan signed a paper it should have been canceled that day.. and not for Jay to do the paperwork on the 19th. This not right nor fair ."

"Gym is great. Jay was very helpful, took me on a tour throughout the gym and showed me all the amenities. Pricing is pretty good as well as the outside basketball and tennis court. Definitely recommend for anybody regardless of fitness level."

Great outdoor amenities offered, including basketball, pickle ball courts, and a pool. inside of the gym is also very clean, with ample well-maintained equipment. Staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. overall best gym for your value in Pensacola."

"Tried this gym out on black Friday. $10 day pass isn't bad at all. This facility offers inside and outside fitness areas. Basketball and tennis courts. Pool. Men's and women's locker rooms have showers and dry sauna. I side the weight rooms were a little tight for the amount of equipment they have however they have all the equipment you could possibly need. The deadlift area was especially nice with great padding."
