"I honestly wish I could give a better review but from my beginning experience i was optimistic because it was new and fresh. However working in that unprofessional facility I have to tell my truth. First off I was an employee and my child attended this daycare so that was plus but the ratio was off from the beginning the middle and towards my leave. From the lack of communication from staff and parents is really sad compared to what I’m used to as working in childcare. The children are lovely they just need more teachers and behavior plans in place. Employees are irritated and not fully heard. Also what is disappointing is that I was putting in my 2 weeks because it was overwhelming and I felt unappreciated. But for the gossip to be that I got fired is a LIE!!! I truly did like Aleta Ford and Chanel Ford but it just rubs me the wrong way how things ended and not being professional towards the end. The establishment just needs help and real training for everyone and communication is very important for all parties.I felt like every person considering to place their child here or working here to PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!"
