"Smart Start Pre-Prep is an Amazing School. My daughter attended 20 years ago from pre-school starting at 2-1/2 years old through after-care until she was 12 years old. Now my Granddaughter attends; she is almost 3 years old. The school still has the same owner, and many of the teachers are still there from when my daughter attended. The low-turnover in staff speaks volumes. The school is impeccably run, and every aspect of the day is thought through with great detail. The staff is picked with great care, as everyone is truly a family (staff, children, & families). The staff knows every child’s name, and go out of their way to make each child, and family feel special. They are warm and friendly, and truly love and care for all of the children. I have been Blessed to have this school in my life, and have complete confidence that when I drop off my granddaughter, I know she is in great hands, is safe, learning, and truly thriving in the atmosphere."

"Smart Start is one of the best day care/preschools around. My son and daughter both attended the school from when they were babies, until they graduated VPK and went off to kindergarten. Both of my kids were well prepared for the next step in their schooling. They teach the kids all the skills they’d need in kindergarten and more. Both of my kids scored very highly on Renaissance STAR Testing the first year they started kindergarten. Through the summer they have an amazing summer camp, which keeps kids entertained and engaged at the same time. They always have fun field trips, offer breakfast, lunch and snack time. Our daughter loves Smart Start and will be attending their summer camp program year after year."

"All 3 of my children attended smart start (ages 12 weeks-5 years old) and it was the best decision I've made in childcare options. The care they received in every classroom was superb. All the teachers there are so kind, and very passionate about what they do! When my middle one turned 1 the teacher bought him his a pair of stride rite shoes..... She told me she likes to buy their "first shoes" and it brought tears to my eyes. My oldest just started kindergarten and he was MORE then prepared for everything because of the VPK teachers. Since moving to San Diego last month and starting my children in a new church daycare I can honestly say, I didn't know how good we had it!! We miss Smart Start!!!"
