"I go to thrift stores not only to “save” money and be more eco conscious but these prices have gone wild! I just want some basic sleep dresses and it’s $7? Walmart sells brand new for that! Hell you can find shein cheaper than that. Goodwill gets these items for free! Not only overpriced but the staff asked me to round up and I said no and he pushed back at me saying “it’s just 8 cents, but suit yourself” no I’m not giving goodwill more money than I need to."
"Way way overpriced most items are priced double or triple. Men's pants that typically sell for 6.99 are 15.00 and up. Dress shirts up to 20.00, 13.00 for a golf shirt."
"3 weeks ago, I needed clothes. I’d been tearing it up for 3 days and everything I had was dirty or trashed. The kind ladies that were there hooked me up with some bomb duds. Wasn’t embarrassed to get on the plane to fly home to Rhode Island. Highly recommend."
"Beware; This is a nice Goodwill, always neatly arranged clothes and I usually find just what I need, but I think if your not watching at checkout they will charge you for items that you don’t buy. We went there on Oct. 12, 2023 and I found nice throw rugs for 3.49. I bought 5 of them. When I got home the MANAGER that had checked me out charged me for an extra one for 10.00. When I called and told them the mistake, she remembered me and told me to come back and they would adjust the amount charged to my card. It’s not worth 10.00 to me for the hassle to go back, but I will be checking my receipt at the door before I leave from now on and I think you should too."
"It’s been open for 6 weeks and still in clean condition! It was smaller than I thought it would be on the inside for the retail store portion. The building is so big and the retail store is on the smaller side. I like that though because it’s less overwhelming that way. I found all kinds of goodies when I went in! Great prices on some things. They do have a new section also but I like digging for those vintage pieces! I will def. be going back to this location!"
