"The staff at this store was absolutely wonderful when my SUV broke down and would not start. I'm a lady in my 70's and the manager helped me move my vehicle to a vacant spot away from the gas pump I had used. She also told me to not worry as I wasn't sure when I would be able to pick it up. The clerk and manager were so understanding and helpful. 10 stars if I had them to check for outstanding staff for this Circle K."

"They knowingly post price lower then they charge at the register and are not allowed to correct the posted prices to the correct amount. The cashier told me corporate doesn’t allow them to change it. I noticed that one of the items has been marked 49 cent lower then they charge for the last 6 months. I wouldn’t be surprised if you don’t get as much gas as you pay for either"

"This circle K never has any hot food (only warm nuts) despite being setup to accommodate hot food. This pic was taken at 5:13 pm on a Tuesday. Not sure why they would buy and have the equipment there and just not put it to use?"

"Well, the 16 Exxon-Mobil fuel pumps here did NOT work with the Exxon-Mobil smartphone app. Wth! Then why display the App's signs at the pump? (See pics.) You can't have it log in and you can't simply use the App's bar code scanner. Over the past year or two, I have never had a Mobil station not work with the app. FIX IT. I'll buy gas elsewhere."

"This store is HORABLE!!!!! The assistant store manager Melissa does not work, she hangs outside in the parking lot with her friends and her boyfriend leaving all the other employees working inside with a long line of customers. If a customer has a complaint about her she runs to her friends outside and has them take pictures and yell things at you. Example. Yesterday I wanted to make a complaint about Melissa and I pulled her aside from her group of people she was hanging with, that don't work their. I asked her for a name and number to call to make a complaint about her professionalism. She walked away from me, went outside back to her friends and began taking pictures of me and my mother in the store and making facial and hand gestures to us through the window. Now you can clearly see that I'm physically disabled due to the scars on my neck, head, and leg, my vehicle was parked in the handicap spot next to their vehicle with the disabled placard in the window. The boyfriend and his friend thought they were tuff guys picking on my mother who is in her 60's and me being handicap. Melissa the ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER was video taping this event, laughing with 2 young children in the back of the friends vehicle. If this store can put a person like that in charge then I am sure there are a lot of other problems going on there. Very sad to see people act like this. Melissa should be fired ASAP and who ever placed her in that position should be terminated because they clearly don't make good judgment calls for the company.
