"They guy that was separating food was not a pleasant person. The whole time we were there he was making fun and belittling a fellow worker publicly. It's one thing if he was joking with him but for what I was hearing I as a customer did nor want to hear that. I will not be visiting the Lecanto McDonald's any time in the near future"

"January 2, 2024 at 8:38 AM, I did curbside pickup at the McDonalds in Lecanto, Florida. This used to be a nice location. The past 2-3 years not so much. I've had nothing but problems including being kept waiting half an hour in curbside pickup. January 2 I ordered 2 small frappes, one caramel, one mocha, along with food items. An older man came out (after again an overlong wait) and handed me the food items and said the frappe machine was being cleaned or broken - I don't remember which. He was nice enough (because he was older), said I would be refunded for the frappes and contact them if I wasn't. Well, I haven't been. I contacted the headquarters and they said they would contact the location and I have not heard anything since. I filed a complaint with the BBB, they did not respond, BBB can't force them to respond but did put the complaint on their record. This is criminal. Its a 2 hr drive for me here so when I come through next time don't expect me to be sweet."

"Great place to get Chicago food. They have Chicago style thin crust, deep dish, Italian beef sandwiches, Chicago style Vienna Beef hot dogs, pizza puffs, and Kronos gyros. The thin crust sausage was spectacular. Can't wait to try the rest."

"Really liking the app, ability to order ahead, customize easily, participate in rewards and not have to fight the drive through line for a timely order. This visit was particularly nice because of the young man that brought out my order. He was pleasant, smiling, delivered our order said to have a good evening and drive safely. McDonald's with a local cafe vibe - a kind server. Wow! Highly recommended!"
