"This isn't even a Starbucks ! These people consistently gave me the wrong order and gave me dairy milk a few times after specifically ordering non-dairy milk. Overall a pretty terrible location to get fresh coffee. Prices for the pre-packaged drinks and food are also pretty horrible so overall not a good coffee store. The only reason you should go here is if you need a simple caffeinated drink while at the library."

"During the school year I was a little disappointed with the inconsistency of the drinks... i ordered chai lattes almost every week and they were always either too sweet or very watery; however, I got iced coffees consistently during the summer and the barista was so kind and always remembered my usual order. I feel bad that I haven’t caught her name yet but she’s been doing a great job!"

"I usually hesitate to write negative reviews, but this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Multiple times I have come here, and have had a poor experience. They never have dairy free options available. The bagels in their bakery section are hard, with no option to toast them, and they often have no cream cheese. Their iced coffee tastes foul compared to what you get at any other Starbucks, their syrups taste old. I also once heard an employee try to tell a customer that the Frappuccino would be exactly the same as usual despite them not having the standard base for them. Even if you're really in a rush and desperately need your coffee, skip this Starbucks and instead take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one right off campus."

"Always having a problem. usually the wait I incredibly long and my drink is messed up. Employees were complaining about how many customers they had. went in for a hot chocolate, and I don't know what I got instead but it tastes horrible. I've never had a good experience here."

"Good coffee, doesn't have all starbucks options. There can be a wait at times with only one person working, but overall pretty good."
