"Please forgive a typos as I am doing voice to text as I drive I just left the Dunkin' Donuts drive through at pine forest in Pensacola I just need to say that the crew working today are the most amazing people I've ever been served by I am also in the service industry and I fully and totally respect their professionalism mannerisms and just just how incredibly awesome they are thank you for what you did for me today at the Dunkin' Donuts on pine font First without going into too much detail it was the most amazing thing I've ever seen at a place of business that I frequent thank you so much and please keep up the good work mark hopper"

"Went this morning for breakfast and a refresher. The woman who took my order was pretty rude. I was told yo pull around and wait for my food, no problem. Didn’t bring me everything so I had to wait again for them to bring the rest of my food out. Get home and realize my bacon egg and cheese bagel is burnt. The egg, cheese and bagel itself are all dark brown. For the egg being burnt too it’s cold. I’ve never been so disappointed in a Dunkin’ Donuts."

"I’m not one to leave very many reviews. This place deserved one, ordered 3 iced coffee, 2 donuts, and a BEC bagel. I waited 30 min for my sandwich which I watched the guy make with no gloves on, got it and it was too hard to eat, cheese wasn’t melted and the egg and bacon was cold. And there’s mold on the ceiling. Don’t go here"

"Got a free donut with my coffee from doing a survey. The donut was delicious! The coffee did not taste like it usually does. I had an iced caramel macchiato but it didn’t seem like they mixed it correctly. It wasn’t bad…it just wasn’t their usual greatness."
