"I visited this smoothie king on 12/29 and unfortunately had a regrettable experience. Upon entering the establishment, I could overhear the manager, Becky conversing with another person. Becky was griping to him about how I shouldn’t be parked in the handicap parking spot in front of the store. Mind you I have a CLEARLY VISIBLE handicap tag hanging in my windshield. It is not my responsibility to correct her or explain my situation, but it is her responsibility to treat all guests with respect. Ignoring her and not saying anything, I start to walk out of the store and overhear Becky say “I’d be pissed if my mom needed that spot.” I felt disrespected and embarrassed, so I decided to call the store on my ride home and that’s when Becky proceeded to tell me that, “she was not talking about me and doesn’t have time for this” then hung up on me. Absolute disgrace to this company that I support almost daily and I will be sure to avoid this particular store in the future"

"I recently had an unfortunate experience with my smoothie order. Despite specifically requesting a strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie, I received an angel food smoothie instead. Upon expressing my concern, I was blamed for supposedly not ordering correctly. It's disheartening to be blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine. I believe clear communication is essential in any service industry, and I hope my feedback helps improve the overall customer experience"

"It's been at least a year since I've been to a Smoothie King. They used to have you order at the bar where you come in and then pay at the register. Apparently, now they have you go to the register and pick up at the bar, something I was unaware of as I was not-so-nicely told I'd have to wait in line (a line being 1 person ahead of me). I thought they were talking while I waited...I'm not one of those people who let's 1 bad thing ruin your whole day, but they exist...she could gave told me nicer, then tried to be nice afterward. Service alone, 2 stars. My smoothie was good."
