"Ordered pick-up only to find the lobby closed at 5:30pm during rush hour. Had a sign by the door lobby closed, drive-thru only. Hard to see with the long drive-thru line. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get thru drive-thru to pick up my order. The employee was nice at window."
