"I am a visitor to the area and dropped by as I needed to replace a seat quick connect that I had lost on my wife's ebike. Although they didn't have one on the parts rack the young lady went out if her way to find one in the repair area. She was very friendly and very helpful. It appears that this store does a lot of ebike repairs and service. If it's anything like the top knotch service I received I am not surprised they are that busy..5 star service. "Spoke with Deborah and ended up with the GoTrax Ultra for the 40 mile range and 20mph top speed. Scooter zips, wife loved it, tried it soon as I got home. Super friendly people at the shop. No sales pressure, just informative advice. They also service the scooters which is a huge plus to me. Overall great experience, if I add another scooter for my wife this is where I’d buy it. Edit: I’m 1300 miles in with no issues yet. Edit 2: 2500 miles. Edit 3: battery replacement at 4k miles on the dot. But I also ran it through huge puddles. Back fender completely broke off with regular use, no more brake light, but it’s chugging along at 5k miles now. I am getting a little nervous about the strength of the metal in the folding mechanism but will keep going for now."
