"Isles very crowded with stocking merchandise --- hard to see products and maneuver the isles"
"They must be working on improving the store! Cleaning it up and organizing! Last couple of times I've been there, it was staffed appropriately! Much improved!"
"Person at the cash register argued with me and was disrespectful. I appreciate the store was open on Thursday afternoon, 9/29/22. Your website said it was closed. Pinellas county was under a Hurricane warning. Although the storm passed south of us, it was difficult to find an open store. I stopped there to buy some cigarettes. When I got home I found that I did not get what I asked for. It was close so I dide not go back. Today I stopped for the same thing as it was convenient for me. The same person was at the register. I pointed out my earlier purchase. Rather than admit they may have made a mistake they insisted that I got what I asked for. They may have dealt with tens of dozens of customers that day, I only dealt with the clerk once. So I remember the error. I wasn't being mean at all, yet the clerk refused to admit they may have made a mistake and was disrespectful to me. Why not be humble and say "I might have made a mistake" and keep a customer? Instead argue and basically call me a liar. This is customer service 101. The customer isn't always right but deserves the benefit of the doubt."
"This wasn't the first but second bad interaction I've had with your manager and both times got absolutely no customer service. There was 1 case of water left on shelf in the whole store by what the manager told me. I asked if they could give me a discount or something since it has been opened up just an effort would've changed my whole experience but no effort was even made. Your job and being a manager is customer service. How about being a kind person and your job might go better. I've been in there one other time and she disrespected a veteran for calling her her ma'am he's veitnam era and with a high and tight haircut her called her sir instead she cussed him and said some things I don't want children to read. Point being family dollar you need to check your manager and evaluate her actions as she is totally out of hand on both occasions."
"This Family Dollar is the worst. The clerks are slow and rude. There will be 2 clerks standing behind one counter with 8 people in line and instead of going to open another register or doing something to help the situation they’re rude to the customers and don’t care that we’ve been standing there in line for 15 minutes for one or two items. The cold drinks don’t get restocked for days and they are always out of a lot."
