"They were mostly pretty good. I read a few reviews of them racially profiling people but I am black and I did not feel that way. I felt welcomed. …People who complain about being followed around in the store are dumb because the store is small and an associate is following you to assist you. I would be upset if I WERE left alone because I would feel ignored. I bought some sandals for the dad wardrobe I am cultivating. I would go back again."

"Step up your game Balenciaga! No wonder there was nobody in the store, everyone else was shopping at Hermes, Givenchy, Burberry, Gucci, and Louis because your store is B-O-R--I-N-G. I walked into the store with 1k ready to buy a pair of speed trainers that i've been looking at. I walked in, salesmen are on their phones. They look at me, give me a dirty look, don't even come and assist me let alone greet me. The silence was awkward. There was no music. I could have just picked them up and walk out of the store and they wouldn't have noticed. I found it really unprofessional considering I was planning on spending over a thousand dollars. The store high-key looks like a prison cell and there's nothing unique about the clothes except the pieces that are ugly and looks like a homeless on South Beach could be wearing it. I recommend having a true luxury shopping experience over at Gucci where the wonderful salesman recommended me shoes that went with my style and helped me pick out a wallet and sunglasses that he personally assisted me with helping find the right pair and figuring out which suits my face best. I had a beautiful experience there and ended up spending more and being happier then going to Balenci-L-ga."

"Keep in mind I am an avid buyer at this location and at a lot of locations around the world. I walk in one day for a certain collection, just to ask a question about it. I was greeted by a very disrespectful lady and she did ninot seem to be in a good mood. They had the collection, but I chose to not buy it, after the attitude I was given."

"I see this not the first incident but this store racially profiles blacks walking in this store. On 1 June 2022 I visited this store and I notice immediately the guards and the store manager by the name of Roly “if that’s his real name” followed me and my mother around the store. There was a Hispanic couple in there who I notice was not being followed. This store lost 2 customers that day for racially profiling. The next day I decided to call the store and file a complaint and the manager by name of Roly was Rude and nonchalant. “My money spends anywhere.” I rather take my money and SPEND MORE at Gucci and Louis Vuitton. I sure will past this along to friends."
