"The first time I came here, I just got my shoes buffed and cleaned. He did a good job. But a few weeks later, the bottom of my shoe came apart. No big deal, it was an old shoe. So I sent my wife in to get new souls and tread put on. I was at work when I lost the bottom of my shoe, so I had to glue it back on. He told my wife there was nothing wrong with my shoe when you can clearly see it was holding on by a thread. He keep telling her to have me bring them in. The wife said it was as if he did not want to deal with a woman. Huge no go in my book. Took my business somewhere else."
