"Paid for a very expensive dress that had not been ordered on time, so I called and told them not to place the order, so I could get my money back. The lady refused and still placed the order after being told not to get it. Very desperate attempt to make business...Not sure what was the point of that. So I called my credit card company and cancelled it anyway. Very disappointed in their services! You cannot force people to buy your overly expensive products!"
"The owner who I purchased the dress for my goddaughters baptism order the wrong dress. I paid for a dress and got a cheap quality one that I saw hanging for $40 bucks. I called her several times and she gave me an excuse that she was in Mexico and had an accident and would get back to me in a week and never did. I followed up again and she completely ignored me. I showed up to the store and she gave me a BS excuse once again. She promised to make it right and didn’t. I would NEVER purchase from this place or recommend anyone. I’m a man of my word as this place should of been as well."
