"Was having a pleasant shopping experience today until I got to the checkout line. There were 2 girls, 1 of whom was in training and when she saw me next, she turned and hopped over to her coworker whining like a kid “I don’t want to speak Spanish, you go over there and take her, pleassseee!” I was in disbelief at what I had just heard. I am English speaking, I don’t know Spanish at all. It was just absolutely rude and uncalled for to judge someone in that manner. I stayed polite and let it slide because people do sometimes mistake me for looking Hispanic (I’m middle eastern). The other cashier rang me up, I had one item and my total came to $47. When I pointed out that my pants were on sale for $25, and that’s also what the price checker by the fitting rooms showed, she refused to check and just said well that’s not what it’s ringing up as. The full price sticker on the pants was $40, and even with tax there’s no way it would come out to $47. That was the last straw when she said again “well it’s coming up at $47, so that’s the total.” No willingness to look at the sale sign (I double checked it was for the right item), check on the price checker and see for herself, or ask for help from a manager. Both cashiers were just utter garbage and so incompetent, I had to leave because I could feel myself fuming up. I went home and ordered at the correct price online instead. I feel sorry for having to give a 1-star review, because the rest of the employees on the sales floor were so nice and helpful with helping me check for sizes. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to shop here and will just stick to online ordering."
