"Once I got waited on, the experience was perfect. They measured my feet and made suggestions based on the preferences and needs I expressed. David, my salesperson, was excellent. However, I had to wait almost a half hour to get waited on. This was on a Friday about 11:30 am. I wouldn't think this would be an unusually busy time, which leads me to believe they don't have enough staff. While I was waiting, I observed two customers telling staff they were leaving as they didn't have any more time to wait for service. Store should hire more staff to avoid missing out on sales. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry so I was able to stay."

Their fitting process is very interesting and enlightening - who knew you had to go up 1/2 size - amazing products - amazing fit and even more amazing staff.
