"Walked inside, there was a staff member at the register with no other guest, and was not greeted, not a big deal. I walked around trying to find a section of shoes when another employee walked very quickly past me. I continued to look for what I needed but could not find it. At this point I just decided to leave. The first employee who was originally at tye register was now in an aisle putting stock away, I walked past him, and again he said nothing. I just simply left and went elsewhere"
"Went to this store to buy a pair of shoes. A man that works here followed me around, watching me very closely. Once I went up to the register to pay he stood back in an aisle and proceeded to watch me stand there waiting for someone to check me out but never came to check me out. I stood at the register for approximately ten minutes waiting, shocked that he was just standing there making no move to come help me check out. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Extremely rude & bizarre staff behavior. Stay away from here"
"Beware, read the small letters on their offers. And even after reading the samall letters, try to find out if additional exclusions apply, they always have additional exclusion somewhere. Other than that, good place to get shoes at a good price."
"This is an OK place if you’re looking for a quick pair of shoes, they have plenty of options for men and women and kids as well as lots of sales going on constantly. The staff were helpful and the store was clean and nicely organized."
"We spent more than U$400, in the store they promised a U$30 discount on the next purchase, they didn't give any coupon, they said: "just bring your name and email" and the lady Amparo couldn't find my name and refused to give the discount, I've been here many times, but this was the last one, for sure. Avoid this store, if you want fair service."
