"I wish there was an option for 10 stars. This store has gone out of their way to help us even though our bikes are Scott bikes. I really can not say enough about Aaron who has spent easily 2 hours so far with us helping to figure out how to dial our mountain bikes in. We stopped in because my husband was disappointed with his new $7000 Scott bike. The new bikes have lowered the bottom bracket resulting in lots of pedal strikes. We stopped in the Trek store to find out about options even if it meant getting another bike. Everyone here cared most about helping my husband have a pleasurable riding experience no matter whether it meant getting his bike to work vs just selling him another bike. Aaron loaned us his computer (which costs over $300) that attaches to the shocks and gives details on what if any changes need to be made to get the most out of the bike. He didn't just loan it to us for a short time. He told us to keep it a while so we could go on multiple rides. When we had trouble getting it to record the rock garden portion he then went out on a ride with us and even rode my husbands bike to try to get what the computer was asking for. His knowledge about mountain bikes is out of this world. The service and attention we received from this store and and all of the employees goes above and beyond. It is truly refreshing to experience this level of service and gives us hope this is what things can return to in this world. We will definitely refer everyone we can to this store. "They work on every make of bike! They're very professional and have 24 hour service turnaround for most services. Trek has the BEST product policies and support. If you need parts and repair, or regular maintenance service they make it right. I had forks fitted here on my restoration when I didn't have the right tools for the job. Glad to see factory support here for world class MTB trails. Got to test ride this Fuel EX-e in gorgeous metallic Hex Blue pearl."
