"Arrived 7:50pm, and denied entry despite this Express store closing at 8:00pm and there being no customers inside the store. I traveled to the mall just to buy a couple of shirts from this store in particular. I returned home, and ordered the same clothes from Amazon. I didn't get to compare prices, since I was denied entry but knowing that the employees here were this disengaged and eager to leave work early rather than do their job makes me reluctant to ever return to this store. I was very disappointed to see with the absence of customers, I was denied the opportunity to very quickly go in and buy a couple of items before they closed. Someone arriving 10 minutes before should not be denied entry. This is just a bad level of customer service, and shocking considering the current climate (CO-VID19 affecting retailers, very heavily)."

"Small store, but tons of sales. Employees are typical for Express. Store is clean and well-stocked. They have a decent selection of men’s clothes, which for the Oaks Mall, isn’t typical. Lots of casual and dress clothes. Definitely worth checking out."

"Express for me has never been a great store. I believe their men's selection is fairly mediocre in comparison to their decent women's clothes. Their men's clothes are cut and designed poorly to an extent which I would expect from a shirt or shorts from Target. While the materials that are used are extremely nice, their overall fit is very poor at least on me. The store itself is very nice but pricing is also a little high. I personally wouldn't want to wear clothing from express but I could understand their appeal if you happen to have the right body for it. Poorly fitted clothing leaves me shook though and for this reason, I'm out."

"They have a great selection of button ups and ties but their prices are through the roof. Definitely would recommend waiting until they have a sale. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good store to check out."
