"Check out associate verbally attacked me. It was the most unhinged, low grade customer service experience I have ever had. I will never return there, after being a loyal customer for years. She threatened me and told me she would call the manager to “take care of me”. I left $300 worth of merchandise because she THOUGHT I was disagreeing with her about a price. She lost it over absolutely nothing and refused to continue checking me out. The two associates working with her had no idea why she was so angry either. This was way more than a bad day attitude. I left and feel as though my safety would be in danger if I ever went back."

"In most cases, this place certainly does exceed my expectations for discounted brand-name items. I have also found several off-brand name items that were much better than the higher-cost labels. I've recently had to do some motel hopping in the Gainesville area while I was apartment hunting. Ross came in a little bit too late when it came to the luggage. I wish I checked sooner. I have over $400 worth of Walmart carry arounds of which I saw better versions at Ross which would have cost me no more than $160. The picture shows a medium sized luggage tow which was $21.99, and the large grey one was $32.99. they're great built and heavy"
