"Went to this store at during working hours on a Saturday and they were closed. Very annoying, especially since I drove from 30 mins out to come to this store specifically."
"Went to Lids in the Oaks Mall and picked out a hat. The employee didn’t greet me or offer assistance in helping me. He was too busy on the embroidery machine. When I went to check out the hat didn’t scan and he manually punched it in. The price on the hat said 34.99 and I was charged 44.99. When I asked why the only reason he could give me was all 5950’s are 44.99 but the tag on the hat with the exact same product number says 34.99.instead of honoring their mistake he argued with me at the counter infront of other customers making me feel uncomfortable and very unappreciated. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere."
