"I love this place so so so much I can’t wait to go back. It is an amazing place to stay at if you have a group of people too. The beach is so beautiful and they have a shuttle to take you to the beach and back to your house they have you in."

"Loved 1301. Cleanest condo we have stayed in w/vacationing in this area for over 30 years. Great view of ocean. Loved the decor. Everything worked in unit which is a plus. Mentioned to Vacasa that the lights were dim in the master Bath. Our only complaint which can be resolved easy would be to add higher wattage bulbs. Hope to stay there again."

"We enjoyed the views, the proximity to the beach, (2 minute walk for the photo below) the surrounding area, and the size and comfort of the condo. Problem with the wifi, it never worked. I contacted Vacasa and i was told they contacted someone on-site, but there never was a resolution. It cost me $30 in data usage on my phone. I suggest to Vacasa that they get that fixed before they rent it again."

"#1201 The Tides was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The kitchen is small but has absolutely everything you need and high quality. The bed was super comfortable and it was wonderful waking up to a view of my favorite beach! The balcony was huge and seating was nice and it was great to have happy hour out there after a great day at the beach. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s place - not just another rental."

"This unit felt so spacious and gorgeous view from the huge balcony! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to relax. So much to do at tops'l and an amazing gym! Furniture and beds were comfortable (hubs loved the recliner!). The resort is so nice and private, feels very safe and has a perfect private beach. The pools were so nice and easily accessible, just not sure why they removed the hot tub, that would've been a nice end to each night. Elevators are super fast so it's quick and easy getting back to your room, no matter where you're at. Only complaint i would have about this specific unit was that it could definitely use some updating in the bathrooms and add some rugs throughout!! But the resort itself, we definitely plan to return, we loved it!"
