"Nice location, but did not have a good experience. Blaring music until around 4am and lots of noise during the middle of the night kept us up all night. Not what you want to deal with on vacation. After reading the reviews, I see it's a common occurrence. Also, only one of the 2 sinks were usable. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere if you want some peace!!"

"The Summitt unit we stayed in was old. Plaster was falling down and wet and a/c barely worked! A/c wouldn’t go lower than 75. Toilet was very wobble and electrical work was concerning. Owner said she tried to contact maintenance and they never came the whole week we were there. The beach staff was rude and kept bring security up with him every time they wanted to say something to people. No one was out of line so no need for them. Stupid you can’t have canopy on the back part of the beach for families anymore. We have little kids and can’t be in the sun during the whole day on the beach. I would have had to rent 2 spaces to cover my family. That’s $600 for the week on top of an already expensive place that isn’t worth it. What a joke this resort it. We have been 2 times before with no problems. This third time has felt very unwelcoming, we won’t be back!!"

"The Summit was the perfect location, great view from our room. The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The walk to the beach was easy and the shuttle was a nice way to come back. Only things that could be improved - warn guests about how hot the boardwalk to the beach can get, and add some additional towel racks or hooks to hang wet bathing suits from. We will definitely be back to the TOPS’L Summit!!"

"Summit 606 was the best unit we have stayed in so far. The unit is spacious and and feels very updated. Pros: Spacious, 3 Baths, Quite, Awesome Views, 2 Separate Patios, Cold AC, Master is separate from the other 2 rooms and plenty of furniture for seating. Cons: Beds are stiff and very cheap feeling and uncomfortable, electric stove which makes cooking a bit more difficult, tight kitchen, hot water runs out fast. Overall experience is good and would stay here again."
