"We've been here several times and we're really happy with our experience. But this time they posted notices telling customers that there is no heat in the building, but they were still selling tickets? Yes, we're in North Florida but it still gets cold in the winter. And our theater was very cold! Glad we brought our coats with us. . . My suggestion is that they stop selling tickets until the theater's system has been repaired and they are ready to accept customers in a comfortable environment. But, our coats helped us survive the movie."

"Whole theater was leaking rain water the entire time. Super annoying and loud. Big let down for being in Grand Blvd. I’m a local, and sad that my first time going to a movie theater in years was this one. The folks working there are really nice. But the theater is trash. Leaking all in the walkway and in most of the theaters apparently. Heard lots of people talking about how their theater was leaking a ton of water too when our movie was done. Disappointing. It also smells bad. Might be the smell of mold/mildew from the leaks EDIT: I just read the “five star” reviews and it’s super clear that they are paying for fake reviews to offset these horrible reviews instead of just fixing the roof. Absurd. If you look at the people leaving 5 star reviews, they have like 500+ reviews on places and 2,000+ pictures posted. It’s obviously a fake paid review account. Pretty sad because I just wish this place was fixed up. It could be nice, but the owners &/or managers clearly do not care"

"Had a wonderful night here! They extended general kindness to 40+ of us with no issue. Movie theater was packed but it’s a major holiday so nothing not expected."

"Big cinema but very few people are using it. We saw Grand Tourismo as a brand new motion picture but only 6 people were present in the big room. Sound is good and of course they have a variety of snacks and candy and popcorn (don’t forget the extra butter on the other side of the room)"

"This is one of the best theatres around. Located in a nice locality. Good vibes. Loved the seating arrangements and the cleanliness inside the auditoriums. But It would be great if the entrance or the area near the food queue is cleaner."
