"Entering the hotel, you can see the outside trash can overflowing. Inside the hotel smells peculiar of mildew and smoke. My husband and I with my service animal were given a room on the 3rd floor. The entire 3rd floor smelled like very overwhelming mildew or mold. Upon entering, we were met with a whole new odor of stagnant cigarette smoke and filth. Front desk was unwilling to move us or refund us, so we opened the windows. When we went to take my service dog for a bathroom break, we were forced to take the stairs because the elevator could not be called to the 3rd floor from the buttons as the were broken. There were multiple trash cans throughout the property overflowing, and the room had many broken items, including the chair, which had been clawed by a cat, the shower caddy ripped from the wall leaned up against the wall on the counter, wall paper pealing, stained sheets, pantry back wall pushed out away from the pantry etc. This is a horrible property and should not be available on the IHG app!"
"Avoid this hotel at all cost. I've stayed in some bad hotels in my life but this is by far the worst hotel I've ever seen. Blood on the sheets, mold all over the walls, the couch had a massive stain. I have never left a hotel before but I could not stay here. The entire hotel smells so bad that I had to cover my nose. Absolutely the grossest hotel I've ever seen. The elevator looked like a staff elevator, industrial and loud. If I could add photos I would. Just imagine white walls with black mold all over them."
"Their rooms are filthy, furniture falls apart, AC filters fluffy with dust , coffee pot was full mildew , hallways stink, window panes were black & wet just gross I was told 1 night would be comped just for them to higher my rate for day #2 #STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My child had full blown asthma attack.. Oh I forgot pulled sheets back full of black long hair we all have brown curly hair"
"I would avoid this hotel if I were you. They are cheaper for a reason. The maid staff comes every 7 days. Nothing worked. There is no breakfast. The cupboard was well stocked with drinks but the food had dust on it. The front desk has no one there. You ring a bell and it is hit or miss. The phones don’t work. We were mischarged for a day and we had to get our Discover card to resolve it. Neither IHG rewards or the hotel would refund me. The hotel wouldn’t because the manager was never there and the phones don’t work. The elevator didn’t work one day we were there. The room lock took 15 tries to open. The dishwasher was broken. The bathroom smelled. The halls looked like a back alley because everyone put their trash outside their doors daily."
"I was VERY disappointed with my experience with this hotel. I booked a room by mistake and got my dates mixed up. I accidentally booked the wrong date and was desperately hoping someone could help me modify the booking NOT CANCEL. I was more than willing to pay any difference which in turn would have more than likely made them MORE money, considering I booked with Forces of Travel on a MILITARY discount. No one was willing to accommodate or assist me in doing this. I understand a cancellation policy is a cancellation policy however this was human error that we were simply trying to modify, not cancel. We reached out to forces of travel who also contact the hotel and was denied the modification. I understand that I booked with the agreement that I couldn’t cancel the reservation but I never dreamed I’d have to pay so much just for a simple mistake. I found the staff and management very unhelpful. I would definitely make sure you booked everything perfectly before making final payments because they will not help you with any issues regarding mistakes such as this."
