"Price wise - I didn't find the deals were that great. Service wise - I can honestly say that the people helping us provided the nicest service I think I've ever received at a retail store. I read some more recently posted negative reviews complaining about not being able to have two people in one change stall, not being allowed to return items without a receipt - and wonder if they realize how lucky they are compared to the rest of the world to be able to complain about such silliness at a factory outlet... for Ralph Lauren... in the middle of a vacation location."

"Management here sucks balls deep , especially the store manager Tonya she is so non genuine and she has a creepy wired porcelain Doll fake smile you can tell her gestures are fake and forced. She should not be working there I heard how she was speaking to her staff one time and it was terrible I couldn’t imagine working for her or being her employee she sucks and her being store manager of this Polo location makes Polo suck as a well too. Please Ralph Lauren do better."

It's not just the usual outlet where these companies make special batches of clothes there are below standard especially for outlet stores these are legitimate originals at discounted prices if you are in Orlando you cannot afford to miss a visit to this place you will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars"
