This woman in beauty would not let me leave and kept telling me I need to pay at that moment. Wild. She didn’t even offer to hold my items behind the register while I shop. She told me I was not allowed to shop. Literally insane. JC penny has a great overall look this season and I was intrigued enough to give them my business, but not if that’s the e idea of customer service."
