"I purchased two pairs of sneakers online, same style and different sizes because I was not sure how Jimmy Choo fits, salesperson Donna Venza never mentioned purchase was final sale, now I have the same pair of shoes just because they neglected to received back the second pair, It is been a month without resolution, many calls to customer service and many broken promises to call me back and resolve my issue that I just gave up with the brand. Very disappointed how they do business in America."
"My name is Natalia Sivokozova, I’ve been a loyal client to jimmy choo for the past 10 years! However, recent experience was horrible! I prepaid for 2 pairs of shoes for a special event, I was promised that shoes will be shipped to my home within 2 business days However, my items were delivered to the store 2 months later When I went back to ask for a refund They refused to refund me, I was disrespected and discriminated against… probably since I cary Russian last name. Please safe time and avoid this location! You can order everything on line!"
"Worst store and customer service ever! Stay away from Neo who works in the aventura location. He is extremely rude and each time I asked for a shoe he would bring a smaller size . I'm a size 8 and he would bring a size 7 and I asked why is he being so rude to me, his response "because you said you were going to order online" mind you this is my first time in the actual Jimmy choo store (i usually order) and I was actually going to purchase sandals that he had in stock on the other wall. I couldn't even get that far because he was so rude to me and degrading in a way. I really hope he resigned. The store was empty when I walked in and I know it's because he scaring all the customers away."
"My boyfriend and I were helped by a lovely man named Carlos and a sweet girl with long dark hair that I couldn’t remember her name. They gave us a lovely experience, picked out shoes they thought suited us and gave us water while we waited. Both were informative about the style of shoe we were choosing and the history it meant to Jimmy Choo. After purchase was made, they gave us recommendations for restaurants in the mall. Love love love and will return during our next trip to Miami"
