"Comfortable shoes, I have a desk job and these shoes ripped right where the shoes are stitched. Went to the store for assistance and there’s nothing they could do, lady at the counter said I got my money’s worth and tried to tell me how to take care of the leather, it wasn’t the leather, it was the stitching/sowing job. Wouldn’t offer a alternative for fixing or discount for another shoe etc... no people skill. Very disappointed"

We sometimes stop in just to see what is new, and of course to just chat with with Karen, our salesperson. I say our sales person because she knows us on sight, remembers our tastes and what we've bought before! An easy place to shop for shoes and accessories!"
"First time I visited and purchased from this store/brand and I'll definitely be back! Let me start by mentioning that the ladies who work here were all very helpful and a pleasure. Upon entering, I told them exactly what I was needed so for accuracy, they asked me to sit so they could measure my foot size and width. I picked shoes, the lady put them on my feet or changed sizes, if needed. The service was exceptional, as are the shoes. For $128.00, I feel like I'm walking on pillows of air and I attribute it to having my feet PROPERLY FIT by professionals and having quality made shoes, MADE IN THE USA!! In the end, I purchased a lovely pair of flat black sandals that are delightful and I ordered a pair of dressy black sandals, that have a little heel, because they didn't have the color in my size. Totally thrilled!! Nothing like having good shoes on your feet to support your legs, ankles and back cause cheap crummy shoes can cause all kinds of physical issues which I don't need :) I will be back and thanks so much ladies!! BTW, I think I was in the store for no more than 35 minutes."
