"Don’t bring your brachycephalic or senior dogs here. My perfectly healthy dog left here with a crushed airway and died after they put a leash around her neck to “keep her from jumping” (mind you, she doesn’t even jump and she weighs 10 pounds). They admitted to having her tethered to a leash that was connected to the end of the grooming table. Her neck was able to be hyperextended in different directions. All they had to say was “sorry” and tried to blame it on her age. They did not provide ANY footage. The vet made it clear this was not due to her age and was due to respiratory failure from her airway being obstructed. Never again."
