"We have 140 lbs Newfoundland and he is not a big fan of grooming. We tried many salons including several PetSmarts. The job was never done completely but this time we got really lucky and found Destiny who works in PetSmart Grooming in Lake Mary. Destiny is amazing! She is a real dog whisperer! She did what nobody before was able to. For example, gland extraction. Our Gumbo never allowed to touch his behind. I am so happy we found Destiny!"

"A fair amount of parking was available, especially for being the Christmas season. The outside of the store is clean and orderly. Inside of the store there was a good amount of 4 and 2 legged foot traffic. We went in to have our fur baby's picture taken with Santa. There was very little wait time and the process was smooth and seamless. After pictures were taken, we did a little shopping. The aisles were clear of clutter and the shelves were well stocked and organized. Once we made our selections, we proceeded to the check out. The line was a little long, but considering everything, ie. Christmas, Santa, the whole shebang, it was understandable. The wait to check out wasn't exorbitantly long and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a more pleasant experience than what we had expected."

"Helpful and friendly staff, had what I was looking for. Didn't see any cats or dogs though. Lots of fish, but you can't pet them, it's frowned upon."
