"the store itself was pretty unorganized. so many shoes were missing from the display so it was almost impossible to see what they had. it was hard to get a staff member to help out, and it took a long time for them to come back with the shoes requested. the ones i came specifically to this store to buy were “out of stock”. i had called in earlier to ask if they were there and they said yes. i ended up buying a pair of the same brand, but i was disappointed that i came so far to be told different information than what i received 3 hours before. i also asked a staff member what the smallest size in mens was that they offered, and he told me a mens 9.5. I know for a fact this was incorrect. *the only reason that this review is getting some stars is because the cashier ( I believe Hugo as that is the name on the receipt) was very patient and kind."
