"I just had the most AWFUL experience with the store manager Sam, the short older woman with glasses. When I first walked in, she was immediately yelling that their store was bagless and that there was a sign on the door. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I noticed her rude behavior was also received by the other customers and staff as well. She was overall creating a hostile environment and does not deserve her role as store manager. I am appalled that such a place could allow this woman to run things. I hope she apologizes to the customers and that poor girl she was yelling at over by the register. I have always loved coming to DSW but after witnessing this, I don’t think I can. Please get rid of her ASAP."

"I love self service shoe stores. Store has mostly women's shoes in a large variety of styles from dressy to flip flops - popular brands. Small men's section. No kids shoes. Staff is there to help as needed and they are typically friendly."
